Power is not born.
It is earned.

This piece does not speak of instant glory, but of endurance. The woman on the throne is not romantic fantasy — she is consequence. Every scar on her body is memory. Every mark proves the throne was not inherited — it was fought for.

A Viking queen, uncommon in traditional narratives, yet fully aligned with the Norse spirit: strength, resolve, resilience against cold, war and fate itself.

The wolves at her feet do not look at her. They guard the outside world. Territory secured. Presence defended.

The ravens watch inward. Like Odin’s messengers, they embody memory and thought. Nothing escapes awareness.

The dragon above is both former threat and mastered power. What once loomed in danger now circles under control.

Behind her stand the gates of Valhalla, not as promise, but as threshold. Even at the height of power, she is not servant of heaven. She is its keeper. She decides who enters. Who has fought enough.

Further beyond, nearly dissolved into the landscape, lies the past: ruins, shattered structures, skeletal remains of giants and dragons. There is no romanticism there. Only cost. Loss. Survival.

In this piece, “Respect the Culture” means understanding that Viking heritage was not only conquest, but resilience. Not only expansion, but refusal to disappear.

This work does not glorify violence.
 It honors the ability to rise after devastation.

Present power does not erase painful history.
It carries it.
