Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully so you know what to expect when purchasing canvas prints, fine art paper prints, or other artworks from this site.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once your order has entered production with our external print provider (Printumo), cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately with your order details.

Production & Fulfillment

All artworks sold on this site are produced and shipped by our trusted external partner, Printumo. While I personally oversee every order and will assist with any issue, production times, shipping, and logistics are managed by Printumo.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with Printumo to review your case. If approved, you may receive a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand production, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once production has started. If a return is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received in its original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom or personalized artworks

  • Limited edition prints once printed

  • Orders past the specified return timeframe

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us at ramirodramismexico@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  2. We will review your request and coordinate with Printumo on next steps.

  3. If return is approved, we’ll provide instructions including where to send the item back (if needed).
